This Chapel is believed to be the oldest in the town, even prior to the parish. Located in the neighborhood that receives the same name, is a chapel dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua and San Antonio Abad.
She worked a prominent Gothic architect of the comarca: Sebastián de Aguirre. It has starry tierceron vaults, and it is believed that the chapel was enlarged and refurbished in the 18th and 19th century as the facade dates from this time.
Today the Hermitage is open every Tuesday of the year, since the village of Malpartida, feels great devotion for these images.
