Hermitage of San Isidro

The Hermitage is located in the path of los Barruecos, and in a place that receives the same name. Contemporary construction of the 1950s, stood in this place to house the pattern of Malpartida, Cáceres, which was instituted in the town for years. The Hermitage dedicated to San Isidro, housing the image arrived in Malpartida de Cáceres.

Very reformed its initial design in the 1980s, inside a barrel vault covering the temple. Also stained glass Windows and paintings of the time set up the ornaments of this construction.

Currently, around May 15, is celebrated the romería de San Isidro in this place, which was attended by numerous malpartidenos to participate in the party and venerate the patron of the town.
