This cultural centre is located in the Plaza Antonio silver Mogollon n. account with a courtyard Auditorium of 400 m2 with stage and dressing room, nine classrooms, an approved new technologies classroom, exhibition hall, physical activity room and an auditorium with a capacity for almost three hundred people. Within this are located the headquarters of cultural associations, the Popular University and public library 'María Ignacia Castela Mogollón'.

The Popular University
As a priority, the Popular University facilitates and manages the access to cultural property and training, promoting, supporting and organizing all kinds of cultural activities and learning according to the principles of continuous education: personal development, Base education, specific education, training for employment and cultural projection.
Public library 'María Ignacia Castela'
Not only public library offers basic services for consultation and loan of more than twelve thousand volumes on that disk to the citizen, but it also tries to promote reading and the literary fact through the creation of events, workshops and activities related to the phenomenon of the book. New technologies are equally important in the dissemination of culture, and that is why the library has a room with four computers with access to Internet and a telecentre with eight computers. Three rooms of reading with 55 posts finally complete this public space destined for the study and reading.
